• Fordpass Mobile App - Collaborated closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design and launch a new mobile app that received a 4.7-star rating and increased user engagement by 35%.
• Ford Global Owner - Based on research from Usertesting.com, 1:1 Interviews, and Card Sorting, I developed a Web platform that leverage Ford DSM (Design System) that’s address customer needs, such as recalls, and ability to check vital information about their particular vehicle. Conducted usability testing and A/B testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Lincoln Way - Responsibility include conducting research, creating user scenarios for testing, and making recommendation based on feedback from testing. After testing is complete insights from the findings report is channeled into a backlog for the development team.
• Provided design guidance and mentor-ship to junior designers on soft and technical skills, this includes conducting 1:1, annual assessments and training.
